What we collect

We collect information in only two ways on this site:

Information you type into the contact form. That is your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to provide it (the field is optional), and the content of your message.
Standard web server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This is generated automatically by the hosting platform, not by us.

We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or cross-site tracking on this website. We do not sell personal information.

Why we collect it

Contact-form information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide the services you ask for. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Third parties

Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form from automated spam. Google receives information about your interaction with the form for that purpose, governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
GoDaddy hosts this website and generates the server logs described above.

We do not share contact-form submissions with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to answer them and to maintain ordinary business and accounting records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we are not required to keep it, we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@itactions.com or call (714) 888-5959. There is no charge and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive credentials through the contact form.

Children

This is a business services website. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
